Security & data

Your studio’s data,
handled like it’s ours.

You’re trusting Viznerve with your inbox and your numbers. Here’s exactly how that data is isolated, encrypted, and kept yours — in plain language.

01

Isolated per studio

Your data is separated at the database layer and filtered to your studio on every single query — not just in app code.

02

Encrypted connections

Account tokens are encrypted with a key unique to your studio and never written to a log.

03

Read-only by default

Viznerve reads the accounts you connect to help you. It only sends with your approval — never autonomously, unless you raise the dial.

04

Never sold, never trained on

Your data is used to run Viznerve for you and nothing else. We don’t sell it and we don’t train AI models on it.

05

HTTPS everywhere

All traffic is encrypted in transit. The application is served only over HTTPS.

06

Yours to take

Export everything any time, and deleting your account removes your studio data within 30 days.

07

A shared responsibility

We secure the platform — isolation, encryption, and the infrastructure. You secure your account: your sign-in and the team access you grant. Together that keeps your studio safe.

Who touches your data — and why.

A short, vetted list of providers. Each handles only the data needed for its job. The full list lives in our privacy policy.
  • AnthropicAI processing
  • GoogleGmail & Calendar (read-only)
  • StripePayments & billing
  • PayPalPayments
  • CloudflareDNS, CDN & DDoS protection
  • Sentry / PostHogError & product diagnostics

One AI processor. Nothing else sees your messages.

Your message content is sent only to the AI processor needed to perform the action you asked for — and it’s never used to train a model. Everything else is the plumbing: payments, email delivery, error tracking.
