Quote and proposal software for creative studios.
A quote is the moment an inquiry becomes a project, and it is the document most likely to be written late. Viznerve drafts it from the brief, in your voice, and then keeps the follow-up loop running until the client answers.
Where quotes get lost
In most creative studios the quote is written by the person who also does the work. The inquiry arrives on a Tuesday, the founder means to quote it on Wednesday, a delivery slips, and by Friday the client has heard from two other studios. Nothing was wrong with the lead. The quote simply was not written in time, and then nobody chased it.
Two jobs are bundled in that failure: writing the quote, and remembering to follow up. Viznerve takes both on, and keeps the decision with you.
How Viznerve drafts a quote
When an inquiry comes in, inquiry triage reads it and scores it hot, warm or cold against what you told Viznerve about your studio. For a lead that fits, it drafts a reply and a priced quote in your studio's voice, grounded in what the client actually asked for. The quote sits in your queue, ready to read.
You open it, check the scope and the figures, change anything that is off, and send. Edits teach it your tone for next time. By default Viznerve never sends on its own: it drafts, you approve. Every action is recorded in an audit trail you own, including what was drafted and whether you approved it.

The follow-up loop
A sent quote is not a closed deal. Most replies, when they come, arrive after a nudge. Viznerve watches for the lead that goes quiet and drafts the follow-up on a cadence set per lead, so the project does not cool off while you are heads-down in the work. When the client replies, the cadence stops. You are never nudging someone who already answered.
The follow-up is a draft in your queue like any other. You see it, adjust it if you wish, and approve it. The reminder to follow up is no longer something you have to hold in your head.
What it does not do
Viznerve does not set your prices for you, does not send without your approval by default, and does not generate contracts or take e-signatures. It is a drafting and follow-up layer on top of your inbox. The thinking behind a good proposal or scope of work remains yours, and the quote templates on this site can help you structure it.
What it costs
Billing is by the action, in credits. An inquiry processed, which includes sorting it, briefing it and drafting the first reply, is 5 credits, and a drafted inbox reply is 2. A failed action costs nothing, and there is no per-seat charge. Try the whole loop on your real inbox with the 14-day free trial of 150 credits, no card.
Common questions
Does it set my prices?
It drafts a quote from the brief and your studio profile. You check the figures and decide what goes out.
Will it chase clients without asking me?
Follow-ups are drafted and queued for your approval. Viznerve is approval-first by default.
When does the follow-up stop?
The moment the client replies.
What does this cost to run?
Each action has one fixed credit price: an inquiry processed is 5 credits, an inbox reply drafted 2, an Ask Nerve answer 1, and a failed action costs nothing. There is no per-seat charge. See how credits work.
