Template

Graphic design quote template, as a copyable outline.

Graphic design quotes go wrong when deliverables are vague. This outline puts the deliverables first and leaves your rates for you to fill in.

How to use this template

Copy the outline into your own document or email and replace the bracketed placeholders. Wherever it says "your rate", use your own figure. The template deliberately contains no prices, because the right number depends on your market, your experience and the client.

Graphic design projects range from a single logo to a full identity system, so delete the sections you do not need. A short job deserves a short quote.

What makes this layout work

Deliverables come before process because that is what the client is buying. A list of named items with formats leaves little room for the assumption that a "brand" includes packaging or a website. If a request later falls outside the list, it is a change order.

The revision section is the second protection. State the number and what counts as a round. A revision round is one batch of consolidated feedback, not every message the client sends.

Terms worth checking

Two sections carry legal weight: usage and ownership, and the payment terms. Have them reviewed for your jurisdiction, because this page is a structure and not legal advice. The deposit section ties to the deposit invoice you will send on acceptance.

Finally, set a follow-up date when you send the quote. Many are won on the second message. Viznerve for branding agencies drafts the reply, the quote and the follow-up for your approval.

Common questions

Is the usage section legal wording?

No. It is a prompt for you to state your terms. Have your actual wording reviewed for your jurisdiction.

Can I use this for a full brand identity?

Yes, expand the deliverables list and add stages. The structure scales; the placeholders stay the same.

Can Viznerve draft a quote like this for me?

Yes. Viznerve reads the inquiry and drafts the reply and a priced quote in your studio's voice, from the brief. You review and send; it never sends on its own by default. See quotes and follow-ups. The trial includes 150 credits for 14 days with no card.
